About the Role
As a HR Driver / Cleansing Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming public areas. This position offers a varied workday, combining vehicle operation with physical outdoor work and specialised cleaning activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating a water cart and undertaking HR driving duties
- Manual cleansing activities, including walking and operating a water hose behind a water cart
- High-pressure cleaning of public spaces and infrastructure
- Operating a Whirlybird surface cleaner and pressure-cleaning lance
- Working safely and effectively within a team environment
- Maintaining equipment and adhering to workplace safety procedures

Required Skills & Experience
- Current HR Driver’s Licence
- Experience operating heavy vehicles safely and efficiently
- Previous experience in cleansing, labouring, civil, waste, or outdoor maintenance environments highly regarded
- Ability to perform physically demanding duties involving walking, lifting, and repetitive movements
- Experience using high-pressure cleaning equipment is desirable
- Strong awareness of workplace health and safety practices
