Our client is seeking an HR Driver to join its Waste and Cleansing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of specialised vehicles and equipment, keeping streets and public spaces clean and well-maintained. The position is based in Fremantle and offers flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Operate high-pressure cleaning equipment, road and footpath sweepers, and waste collection vehicles
- Complete cleansing schedules in line with service level agreements and quality standards
- Work flexible hours including shift work, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience operating high-pressure cleaning and scrubbing equipment, sweeper vehicles, or waste collection vehicles
- Current HR class driver’s licence
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated approach with the ability to work with limited supervision and adapt to flexible scheduling
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service with both external and internal stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Current First Aid certificate
- Experience with prestart checks, end-of-shift maintenance procedures, and accurate work record-keeping
- Familiarity with customer request management systems and incident reporting processes
