A well-regarded turf and irrigation client is looking for an irrigation technician or skilled labourer to join a project team. You’ll help install a new irrigation main line, working alongside experienced technicians on a large, active site.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, practical role on a busy construction project. Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Helping install the irrigation main line
- Working closely with experienced technicians and general labourers
- Hand digging and trenching
- Heavy lifting and manual handling
- Acting as a spotter for machinery
- Basic construction and site tasks
- Keeping a safe, tidy work area
About You
You’re reliable, physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all conditions. You work well in a team, follow instructions and take pride in good workmanship. You’re comfortable on a large site where safety and communication matter.
Required Skills and Experience:
Essential
- Experience on large sites or in a similar environment
- Current white card
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to do heavy physical work, including digging and lifting
Highly desirable
- Bobcat or excavator ticket
- Certificate III in Irrigation Technology
- Any plumbing experience
