About the Role –
You’ll lead a small team across a variety of projects throughout Adelaide’s southern, western and eastern suburbs, including:
- First and second fix carpentry
- Residential and commercial construction
- Renovations and extensions
- Decks, pergolas and outdoor living spaces
- Managing daily site operations and keeping projects on schedule
- Mentoring apprentices and supporting the development of the team
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and site safety
What We’re Looking For –
We’re looking for someone who is more than just a great carpenter.
You’ll have:
- Qualified Carpenter (essential)
- Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience
- Experience managing and motivating teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to read plans and solve problems on site
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to delivering quality workmanship every time
- Current White Card and driver’s licence
