Maxima’s recruitment services are looking for a experienced Low Loader Crane Truck Operator for a position with a well-known local council based out of Caboolture.
This position will see you work a 9-day fortnight with a casual hourly pay of $34.99 + super.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate low loader, crane truck and tilt-tray trucks and other plant as required
- Load, restrain, transport and unload various items of plant and machinery including but not limited to graders, rollers, excavators, drotts, front-end loaders, tractors, trucks, light vehicles, site sheds and shipping containers
- Carry out daily checks, basic maintenance, servicing and cleaning of the vehicle/ plant each day and report all defects
- Correctly use and maintain plant and equipment provided, including all personal protective equipment
About You:
- HC Truck license
- White card
- Well-developed and demonstrated ability to safely load and drive trucks with an awareness of the road rules and regulations and load restraint best practices
- Sound level of communication skills, including numeracy, written and verbal skills
- Sound time management skills
- Sound experience in undertaking manual tasks in a safe conscious manner
- Current, or willing to obtain, national police clearance
