About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will play an integral role in ensuring production runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating machinery in line with production specifications
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Completing paper roll changes and machine cleaning activities
- Performing basic preventative maintenance and lubrication tasks
- Troubleshooting first-line machine issues to minimise downtime
- Accurately completing production, quality and waste reporting
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment in line with 5S practices
