Maxima has been engaged to recruit for multiple Ongoing team members to work in Manufacturing and Production positions in the Adelaide Southern and Northern Suburbs. Our client is Manufacturing products for a large variety of big-name clients as well as recycling electronics. The ideal candidates will have experience with operating machines and using hand tools and have worked in a warehouse or Manufacturing environment. They will work well in a high pace environment, have full weekday availability and be a reliable team player.

 About the role:
These casual positions offer 38 hours per week. We are looking to fill multiple positions with On-call or Ongoing capabilities within the Manufacturing and Production teams across multiple sites. You will assist in the manufacturing process of their high-quality wood and plastic products, running manufacturing machines such as CNC Machines and Edge banding machines to name a few. Also, the use of Power tools and pallet moving equipment. You will also be taking apart electronic parts for recycling. You will be carrying out manual handling tasks and following Worker health and safety protocols.

  • Experience in Manufacturing/Assembly work/ Factory Hand (Essential)
  • Available Monday – Friday (Early 2pm finish Friday)
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Able to follow Work Health and Safety procedures.

 About You:
You are fit and healthy person with experience with Machine Operating and Hand Tools. You will understand WH&S protocols and will have the following traits and Abilities:

  • A positive approach.
  • Have a current National Police Clearance or able to obtain (Essential)
  • Keen team member.
  • Forklift Licence (Advantage)
  • Able to lift 15 Kilograms and perform a variety of other Manual handling tasks.
