Maxima is seeking a motivated and professional individual to undertake an 18-month Office Administration Traineeship with a City-based Local Government organisation.
This entry-level opportunity will see you gain valuable hands-on experience while receiving ongoing support and mentoring. You’ll also study towards a Certificate III in Business, building the skills and experience needed for a successful administration career.
Working within a busy Council team, you’ll play an important role in supporting business operations and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Duties Include
- Managing and monitoring team inboxes
- Processing permit applications and renewals
- Assisting with the recovery of outstanding permit fees
- Maintaining accurate records and information management systems
- Filing, scanning, data entry, and document processing
- Creating and maintaining electronic files and databases
- Responding to internal and external enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Providing high-quality customer service and administrative support
- Logging and tracking enquiries to ensure timely resolution
- General administration duties as required
