In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the design, development, and optimization of the electrical, instrumentation, and controls systems for a Redevelopment Project. Preferred Requirements:
- Monitor design development, identify technical and design issues, and liaise with personnel to ensure project success
- Review technical documents and respond to technical queries, providing essential support to the Major Projects team
- Utilize your strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to optimize electrical systems
- Leverage your detailed knowledge of statutory requirements and national standards to guide the design, approval, and development of HV/LV electrical assets
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in electrical engineering with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the delivery of mining and/or industrial projects
- Experienced in the design, construction, and maintenance of HV/LV electrical assets
- Highly desirable: Chartered Engineer status or eligibility for Chartered Engineer registration
