Project Administration

Our client is seeking a highly detailed and proactive Project Administrator to join our Major Projects Division. This pivotal role will see you providing high-level administrative, cost control, and commercial governance support to ensure the seamless delivery of complex projects. Preferred Requirements:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Project Cost Controller, including cost tracking, reconciliation, and maintaining project financial registers
  • Act as the Oracle procurement SME for the division, coordinating purchase orders and ensuring compliance with established financial processes
  • Coordinate information flows between functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Engineering) and external contractors to support timely delivery
  • Assist in the collation, validation, and formatting of project performance data for internal governance forums and forecasting cycles
  • Manage team calendars, meeting cadences, agendas, and minutes, while also coordinating security requirements for external stakeholders entering restricted harbour areas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in a similar role within major projects, ideally in the industrial or resources sector
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; previous experience with Oracle is highly regarded
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
