About the role:
Maxima’s valued client in Lonsdale is seeking an experienced Receptionist for 4 days/week in a temporary casual capacity. This role is required to work Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm. Paying $37.13/hr Casual + Super, duties of the role include:
- Answering phone and directing calls
- Reconciling till
- Invoicing
- Filing
- Create new cash accounts
- Data entry
- Banking
- Monitoring emails and responding as appropriate
- Manifest management and arranging courier deliveries
- Grocery orders and collection
- Stationery orders
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work the days required
- Driver’s license and car (required due to duties of the role)
