About the role:
Maxima’s valued client in Lonsdale is seeking an experienced Receptionist for 4 days/week in a temporary casual capacity. This role is required to work Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm. Paying $37.13/hr Casual + Super, duties of the role include:

  • Answering phone and directing calls
  • Reconciling till
  • Invoicing
  • Filing
  • Create new cash accounts
  • Data entry
  • Banking
  • Monitoring emails and responding as appropriate
  • Mail
  • Manifest management and arranging courier deliveries
  • Grocery orders and collection
  • Stationery orders

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work the days required
  • Driver’s license and car (required due to duties of the role)
