The Role

Position: Recruitment Administration Trainee
Location: Edwardstown, SA
Duration: 18-Month Traineeship

As a Recruitment Administration Trainee, you will provide clerical and administrative support to the People and Culture team and the wider organisation.  

Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Recruitment and People & Culture teams by providing high-level customer service and managing incoming calls, ensuring messages are accurately recorded and directed appropriately
  • Completing onboarding administration tasks efficiently to maintain compliance requirements
  • Creating employment contracts and managing associated documentation and follow-up activities
  • Establishing and maintaining staff files within People & Culture systems, ensuring all required documentation is recorded and platforms such as Workday are accurately updated
  • Assisting with the preparation of documentation required for interviews

Role Requirements Applicants must have:

  • A current C Class Driver’s Licence
  • A current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
  • A current Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Strong administrative and IT skills, including proficiency in the following would be an advantage:
    • Microsoft Word
    • PowerPoint
    • Excel
    • Outlook
    • Databases
    • SharePoint
