– Collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling job advertisements and strategically place them to attract top talent.

– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening applications to conducting interviews and reference checks.
– Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on people management practices within recruitment and selection.
Preferred Requirements:
- Participate in interviews, ensuring compliance with policies, EEO, and privacy laws.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and placements to support the hiring process.
- Provide ad hoc reports on recruitment activities to support the delivery of business strategy.
- Assist with strategic and innovative recruitment initiatives to enhance the organization’s talent acquisition efforts.
- Maintain employee records and information to support the People & Culture team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven recruitment experience (3+ years) with a sound understanding of recruitment practices and end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Knowledge of contemporary HR and industrial practices, as well as employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise and negotiate with customers at all levels.
