The Role:
A full-time traineeship role, working in our Recruitment Services team. Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week located in our Light Square office in Adelaide CBD. Over the course of the traineeship, you will learn and develop relevant skills and knowledge through working hands-on and completing study on-the-job. Upon successful completion of your traineeship, you will receive a Nationally recognised qualification, Certificate III in Business Administration.
Duties Include:
- Proactively contacting candidates and labour hire workers to resolve queries and keep compliance documentation up-to-date
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate and vacancy information across recruitment systems, such as updating vacancy information, opportunities, candidate notes
- Coordinate and follow up candidate pre-employment and compliance requirements, including clearances, tickets, licences, right to work, medicals, etc.
- Maintain and monitor labour hire licencing and compliance records
- Prepare regular and adhoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Provide general admin support to the Recruitment Services team
About You:
No prior professional administration experience is required. Instead, we’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated person who is eager to learn and build a long-term career. Upon successful completion of the traineeship, you will receive a nationally recognised qualification, Certificate III in Business Administration equipping you with the skills, experience, and credentials to launch your career. This opportunity is best suited to those at the beginning of their admin journey, rather than candidates with extensive admin experience or existing/advanced administration qualifications.

Role Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (highly desirable)
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
