About the job:
Maxima’s valued client is currently looking for an experienced Rostering Officer for a temporary 3 month assignment (potential to extend past 3 months for the right candidate). Paying $43/hr (casual) + Super, this role is reporting to the Rostering Team Leader, the duties of this role include:

  • Receive and document phone calls and emails from staff and clients regarding rostered shifts and action as required
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all rostering enquiries and duties
  • Monitor and check rosters entered in the system and maintain accuracy
  • Actively redeploy staff when shifts have been cancelled
  • Monitor responses to shift offers and escalate where required
  • Collaborate with Workforce Planning and Client Services Managers

About you:

  • Previous experience in a rostering role in the Disability, Aged Care, NDIS industries (required)
  • Available to work full time hours across rotating rosters (including early shifts, and occasional weekends)
  • Current NDIS Working Screening Check (required)
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Sound understanding of workforce and roster management
  • Experience with EMPLIVE system or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail
