About the Role:
Maxima’s long term and valued client is seeking an experienced service coordinator/scheduler to join their close-knit team. The role is responsible for creating, scheduling and managing jobs to deliver a range of trade services. This role is full time hours, Monday to Friday, as an ongoing casual position, with the potential for permanency in the future. It is paying between $35 – $37/hr Casual + Super.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- First point of contact via phone, email, and portal for customer inquiries
- Creating and managing jobs in job management system
- Scheduling and reallocating jobs for trade services
- Timely and accurate communication and coordination of jobs according to priority
- Managing open jobs and updating clients on progress of jobs
About You:
- Previous experience in scheduling and/or trade dispatch (highly desirable)
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous customer service experience
- High level computer proficiency
- Current national police clearance (or willing to obtain)
