About the Role:
Maxima’s long term and valued client is seeking an experienced service coordinator/scheduler to join their close-knit team. The role is responsible for creating, scheduling and managing jobs to deliver a range of trade services, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building trades. If you have worked in these industries in an administrative capacity or have experience in facilities management/coordination, then this is the role for you!
This role is full time hours, Monday to Friday, as an ongoing casual position, with the potential for permanency in the future. It is paying between $35 – $37/hr Casual + Super.
Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
- First point of contact via phone, email, and portal for customer inquiries
- Creating and managing jobs in job management system
- Scheduling and reallocating jobs for trade services
- Timely and accurate communication and coordination of jobs according to priority
- Managing open jobs and updating clients on progress of jobs
About You:
- Previous experience in scheduling and/or trade dispatch (highly desirable) or transferrable skills from a similar industry, such as facility management
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organisation skills with ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous customer service experience
- High level computer proficiency
- Current national police clearance (or willing to obtain)
