At Maxima, we’re not your typical recruitment agency….and we’re proud of it.
We don’t believe in aggressive sales cultures, KPI pressure without purpose, or transactional placements. Instead, we focus on long term partnerships, meaningful outcomes, and genuinely supporting both our clients and candidates.
What you’ll do:
As a White Collar Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage end to end recruitment across professional sectors. You’ll build authentic client relationships, source high quality talent, and deliver recruitment solutions that go beyond simply “filling roles.”
We’re looking for someone who:
- Builds relationships naturally
- Enjoys partnering with businesses, not just selling to them
- Takes pride in candidate care
- Wants to be part of a team that values integrity and collaboration
About You
You’re a relationship builder first and a recruiter second. You understand that great recruitment isn’t about quick wins, it’s about trust, credibility, and delivering real value.
You might come from recruitment, sales, HR, or professional services, but what sets you apart is your ability to connect with people and build long term partnerships.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in white collar recruitment, professional services, or B2B relationship management
- Is confident managing end to end recruitment processes
- Communicates with clarity, professionalism, and warmth
- Builds strong client relationships based on trust, not pressure
- Is organised and administrative savvy
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Current drivers licence
- Must hold valid Australian rights to work
Most importantly, you align with the values of Maxima — integrity, respect, and making a genuine difference.
