We’re looking for an experienced Civil Maintenance Supervisor to lead a dedicated team delivering essential maintenance works across community areas.
From coordinating daily operations to mentoring staff and driving a strong safety culture, you’ll play an important role in keeping community infrastructure safe and well maintained.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys supporting their team, solving problems and delivering quality outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in leading civil maintenance or construction crews
- Strong understanding of civil maintenance practices
- A positive leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Someone with the ability to plan workloads and manage competing priorities
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (or similar)
- HR Driver’s Licence (Desired)
- White Card
- Work Zone Traffic Management (WZTM)
