The Role:
Location: Keswick SA
Duration: 12-month Traineeship
As a Trainee Client Transitions Coordinator, you will support the smooth transition and ongoing management of customer accounts by delivering accurate administration and responsive customer service.
Under the guidance of experienced mentors, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with customer account management activities to ensure compliance.
- Communicating with customers via email regarding changes.
- Supporting customers by providing information and options to help resolve account queries.
- Responding to customer enquiries and deliver professional, timely and accurate customer service.
- Maintaining accurate information across internal systems.
- Working closely with team members to support the ongoing management of customer accounts.
- Building strong communication and problem-solving skills through regular interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
- Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous customer service or administration experience (desirable)
