Maxima’s Recruitment Services are seeking Verge Maintenance Team Members to undertake Horticulture type duties within a Local Council based in the Western Suburbs.
These are ongoing casual assignments with the possibility of Permanent positions for the right candidates, working fulltime hours Monday – Friday with a casual hourly pay between $30-$35 depending on what licenses you have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mower Operations.
- Whipper Snipper Operations.
- Weed control.
- Operate minor plant and equipment
- Rubbish collection
- Comply with WHS legislation and regulations
To Be Successful:
- Previous experience in Horticulture/Gardening or general labouring.
- Drivers Licence (Essential)
- Certificate III in Horticulture (Desirable – Not Essential)
- Ability to use desktop/ tablet/smartphone
- Physically fit and healthy
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
