Maxima is proud to celebrate a significant workforce partnership milestone this month, as our collaboration with The ARC Campbelltown reaches its 10-year anniversary.

For a decade, Maxima has stood alongside Campbelltown City Council (SA) as their trusted workforce solutions partner, supporting the recruitment and development of the dedicated team that has helped shape The ARC into the vibrant, welcoming community facility it is today. Since opening its doors, The ARC has grown into a much-loved community hub, offering state-of-the-art aquatic, fitness, sports, café and function facilities to the Campbelltown community – a growth story built on the strength of the people behind it.

As part of the anniversary celebrations, seven long-serving team members were recognised for their commitment to The ARC since it first opened.

“It was wonderful to recognise seven team members who have been part of The ARC’s journey since it opened 10 years ago. Their commitment, professionalism and contribution have helped shape The ARC into the welcoming and valued community facility it is today. We sincerely thank each of them for their outstanding service.” – Sharyn, Recruitment Consultant

“10 years feels surreal – it has gone so fast and I have been given so many opportunities to develop at The ARC. I started as a customer service officer working on the reception desk back in 2016, and now I lead that team! I am so proud of my growth not only professionally but personally too.” – Chelsea Bevitt, Team Leader Customer Service

“I am glad the centre is always improving and when I see the community who keeps coming and enjoy their experience, it makes me happy. Loyalty means everything to me!” – Virginie Dunand, ARC Duty Manager

The strength of this partnership was on show again recently, with The ARC’s Sean Roberts named Maxima’s Community-Based Employee of the Year in 2025 for his outstanding contribution as Health Club Supervisor. Since then, Sean has taken another exciting step in his career journey – recently appointed Health & Fitness Team Leader, joining The ARC’s leadership team from August 2026. It’s a fantastic new chapter for Sean, and a fitting reflection of the culture of growth and opportunity that’s been built at The ARC over the past decade.

Maxima looks forward to continuing this great partnership with The ARC Campbelltown and Campbelltown City Council (SA) for many more years to come.
