For over 12 years, Maxima’s First Nations-led IEP team have been placing First Nations trainees and apprentices with a variety of host employers right across the country, including national organisations such as Australia Post, major banks and local government.

As part of your traineeship with Maxima, you can expect:

  • A dedicated Consultant to help you with any questions that you may have
  • Ongoing support for the full duration of your apprenticeship/traineeship
  • All training arranged and paid for
  • Relevant leave entitlements and allowances arranged
  • Wages and allowances paid in line with the relevant Industrial Award
  • Where required, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms provided

School-based Traineeships are available to First Nations students completing year 11 or 12. Get a head-start in the job market with a nationally recognised qualification, all while getting paid to learn new skills.
