Passionate about helping Indigenous jobseekers
Maxima is passionate about helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people learn new skills and secure rewarding jobs.
We understand that many Indigenous jobseekers come from a background of disadvantage, which creates extra challenges with learning skills and successfully entering the workforce.
You can expect caring and supportive help from our consultants, many of whom are also Indigenous.
As a national leader in Indigenous training and employment, Maxima can also offer you many different pathways to a better future.
We have more than 350 Indigenous trainees and apprentices placed with host employers, which includes national leaders such as Australia Post, Qantas and major banks.
Maxima is also a leading provider of specialist training and employment programs for Indigenous jobseekers.
We are the exclusive provider in South Australia of the Federal Government-funded Vocational Training and Employment Centre (VTEC) program, and were selected in 2017 to manage the Correctional Services Training and Employment Program (C-STEP) for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
