Tapa Warpulayi-itya ‘Tapa’ is a joint venture between Maxima and Tauondi Aboriginal College and delivers the Career Connect program through The National Indigenous Australians Agency. The program is a unique service, designed to support you on your journey into ongoing, sustainable and fulfilling employment.

We work closely with our employment partners to design programs that meet your specific business needs. From facilitating industry licenses, to pre-employment testing and industry training, our program is designed to give employees the best possible start and promote long-term employment.
We also offer complimentary services to employers to assist with the hiring process, let us help you with advertising vacancies, shortlisting, even pre-screening of candidates.
