Maxima help by matching candidates to organisations, streamlining administration and paperwork and managing the provision of accredited training. We also provide tailored, highly personal support with hands-on mentoring through regular contact with host employers and trainees.

Our services are offered nationally and are supported by a team of highly experienced staff in locations across the country.

We coordinate full-time, part-time and school-based traineeships for clients including Qantas, Bupa, NAB, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank, ANZ, Australia Post and local and state governments.

Maxima also offers a variety of specialised Indigenous Services including general recruitment, pre-employment programs and tailored mentoring and coaching.
