Looking to get back into the workforce after an injury?

Maxima is working with ReturnToWorkSA to provide free Job Placement Services in South Australia (including all metro and regional areas).

At Maxima, we work with injured workers, claim agents and employers to ensure the best outcome for injured workers in finding their way back into the workforce. During the process, we make recommendations for any relevant upskilling, retraining and/or work experience/work trials that will increase the injured workers’ employability.

We can help with:

One-on-one support;

• Developing an Employment Pathway plan to set out your return to work goals and steps to get there;
• Funding for training (certifications, licences), job aids, workplace assistance and modifications.
• Matching you to jobs that suit your circumstances.
• Arranging work trials and wage incentives with employers.
• Working with employers to create or modify a job so it’s right for you; and
• Post-placement support when you’re back at work to make sure things are going well.

Employers

Maxima supports employers from a variety of industries who offer a range of skills and have a great work history.

We can offer your organisation a ‘suitable’ candidate on a fully insured work experience, for 4-6 weeks at no cost to you.

If the candidate is suitable for ongoing employment, you may also qualify for the ‘Re-employment Incentive Scheme for Employers (RISE)’which could pay 100% of gross wages for the first 4 weeks followed by 50% of gross wages for up to a further 22 weeks.*

ReturnToWorkSA

ReturnToWorkSA provides insurance that assists workers who suffer an injury at work and are unable to return to their pre-injury employer.

You may be eligible for income support for reasonable and necessary medical treatment, return to work services or a lump sum payment.

Our free service covers all South Australia, including rural areas. We can meet with you in-person at your local Maxima office, or we can provide a remote service to you over the phone. Contact us today for more information.
